How to use, Dosage
When producing the cake, the use of 2% in comparison to the total material is appropriate but there is no control of use volume.
It is a product homogeneity of emulsifying agent and sugars that uses 1~2% in producing bread, 0.5% in producing Korean traditional cookie, 2% in confectionary like pie. Also , in the product like roll cake, decoration cake, Castella and others, approximately 2~3% is appropriate.
It is structured with sugars and fatty Acid, and it is a harmless and safe food additive absorbed to the essential fatty Acid and carbohydrate in the body.

Shelf Life : One year at the cool and dark place.
