This product is a leavening agent for bread and confectionery.

This product has big fluidity as white powder.

How to use, Dosage
This product is used wheat flour total weight 0.5~3.0% until.
Before kneading it disperses bigotedly to wheat flour and it is desirable and to use, the amount used run as follows.
When the cake and sponge cake manufacturing, 1.5~2.0% it uses, when the confectionery manufacturing, 2.0% it uses, when the biscuit manufacturing, 0.5~1.0% it uses.

Shelf Life : One year at the cool and dark place.
